Scope and purpose
We process data required to process orders (name, company, VAT number, address, e-mail, phone), to manage your account, for tax accounting and business communication. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.
Storage location
Data is stored on servers within the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany). No transfer outside the EEA.
Storage period
Order data is retained for the period required by tax law (5 years). Account data — until the account is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and object, as well as to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Requests: info@ezeken.eu.
Recipients
Data may be shared with payment service providers, courier services and accounting — only to the extent necessary.
