General provisions
The stagemart.eu online shop is operated by EZEKEN GROUP Sp. z o.o., Al. Marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego 4E/3, 05-077 Warszawa, Poland. NIP 9522215402, KRS 0000892730, REGON 388701696, share capital 10 000 zł. The shop sells to both business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C).
Prices
Prices are given in EUR or PLN and include VAT at the applicable rates, with the net value itemised. For EU businesses with a valid EU VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism may apply.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a contract. Confirmation is sent by e-mail. Products marked “Price on request” are quoted individually.
Delivery and payment
Delivery and payment terms are agreed upon ordering. Oversized goods are shipped by freight forwarding.
Order processing time
- Goods available in the Seller’s warehouse are dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date the payment is credited.
- Goods marked as available from the supplier (including FREE COLOR / PRO LUX stage lighting) are dispatched within 3–5 business days from the date the payment is credited.
- TAF aluminium constructions and made-to-order goods are processed within 4–6 weeks from the date the payment is credited. For non-standard configurations, the processing time is agreed individually and confirmed by the Seller before the order is accepted.
- If an order includes goods with different processing times, the longest processing time applies to the entire order, unless partial shipment has been agreed.
- Processing times do not include the delivery time by the carrier.
Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to info@ezeken.eu. We process them within 14 days.
Withdrawal from the contract
Applies to Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
- A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the Consumer, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the Consumer, takes possession of the goods.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller (EZEKEN GROUP Sp. z o.o., Al. Marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego 4E/3, 05-077 Warszawa, Poland, e-mail: shop@stagemart.eu) of their decision by an unequivocal statement, e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail. The model withdrawal form may be used, but it is not obligatory.
- In the event of withdrawal, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the withdrawal statement. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or proof of their return has been provided.
- The goods must be sent back to the Seller’s address without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of informing about the withdrawal. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature (size, weight), cannot be returned by normal post, the estimated cost of return may range from EUR 15 to EUR 120.
- The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made to the Consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised — this applies in particular to aluminium constructions and goods made to individual order.
